hey, what´s going on? Today I want to show you 3 amazings apps that can help you to develop your trainings methods

This app is very useful because is like a personal trainer. It has more than 1700 exercises for a specifically muscle.










ZOMBIES RUN


This app was created for that lazy people than want to do exercise but is sooo lazy and forget it.
With this app you play a videogame at the same time that you do exercises, that´s amazing, the only thing that you have to do is run for run away of the zombies.














TIMPIK

This app tell you when and where is the people of your city, country... are doing exercises, for example, if in your city there´s people playing football and they have this app, the app tell you that in that part of the city there are people playing football.
