A training session

hey guys, today I´m going to tell you about my football session, at first we did a basic warm-up, we run around the pitch (3 laps) and we stretch, ( I said we because I did all with my "players", like zizou), to continue, they do an exercise to increase the speed reaction:

- Two players start sitting on the floor and they don´t look the ball, when I launch the ball, they have to run to control the ball, the player who control the ball attack, and the player who don´t control the ball defend, the exercise ends when the defender steal the ball or when the striker shoot.


- The next exercise is an exercise to increase your passing, dribblin, defending and shooting, all in one, because YOLO:

The middle part of the players put on the goal kick line and they have to pass the ball to the other middle part of the players that are on the center line, the player who control the ball have to score, and the player who pass the ball have to defend.





- To finish the session, we did a posession, all that you have to do is keep the ball all the time you can, you can pass to your partner, you can dribble an opponent ... there´s two teams, and there´s no goal
